Summer is here. I need to plan my workout schedule for the summer. Goal: losing 60 pounds. Is it too much? I don't care because it need to lose those stupid fats. I am tired of them. I cannot deal with my weight anymore. I am ashamed of myself every time I am looking at myself in the mirror. I can’t breathe or walk for a reasonable miles. This needs to stop. I WANT MY LIFE BACK. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO SING FREELY. My weight will not get in my way. I am starting on Friday May 7, 2010 to Friday August 27, 2010.
3 months and 20 days, 60 ponds. I need the support of all of you guys because I NEED MY LIFE BACK.

Babe that's too much! the ok weight is about 2 to 3 pounds per week anything above is unhealthy! there's no reason for you to feel ashamed of your weight Nirva! it's ok to want to be healthier but you need to love yourself, no matter what!

ReplyDelete60 lbs is not a lot when you want to get down to a healthy weight. I need to lose about that much to be at a healthy weight myself. Just know it will take a lot of hard work and dedication.
ReplyDeletethe best thing to do is start drinking nothing but water and start watching your portions as you eat.
I am on a 1400 calorie and 23 fat gram diet. I eat 400 calorie breakfast with 2 glasses of water (5 fat grams) 8 am, 100 calorie snack with a glass of water (2 fat grams) at 10am, 400 calorie lunch with 2 glasses of water (7 fat fat grams) at 12pm, 100 calorie snack with a glass of water (2 fat grams) at 3pm, and 400 calorie dinner with 2 glasses of water (7 fat grams) at 5pm. I dont eat past 7pm and I dont go over 23 fat grams.
I am glad you are trying to regain confidence and take back your life. I am trying to do it too. Right now I am going to the Aspen Clinic. I lost 25 lbs with them two years ago, but with stress I gained it back and damn near 40 lbs more. I know how you feel and know how rough it is. i know how you feel about weight loss pills; but im not against them because with the right amount doctor supervision and lifestyle changing eating habits and regular exercise, they really do work.
dont be dissapointed if you dont lose the full 60 lbs. if you work eally hard, by august the most you will lose is at least 40 lbs if you do the math. set a goal to lose about 2 to 3 lbs a week, which is a healthy range, write down whatever you eat, mark down your exercise for that day, weigh yourself every day. YOU CAN DO IT
ReplyDeleteThank you Tyler. I did the math and if I lose 3 pounds a week, I will lose 48 pounds in 16 weeks. If I lose 4 per week, I will loose 60.
